Your family owns its stories
The stories, photos, audio, and video your family creates belong to your family. We don’t claim ownership of your content. You grant us only the limited permission we need to store it and show it back to the family circle you invited — nothing beyond running the service for you.
Your account
You’re responsible for your account and for the people you invite into your family circle. Keep your sign-in details safe, and only invite people your family is happy to share stories with. Let us know if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
Using it kindly
Use WisdomCapture for what it’s for: keeping your own family’s stories. Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share, don’t use the service to harass anyone, and don’t try to break, overload, or misuse the platform or get at other families’ private stories.
A young product, offered as-is
WisdomCapture is early, and we’re still building. The service is provided “as-is,” without warranties, and we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We work hard to keep your stories safe, but please keep your own copies of anything truly irreplaceable. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited.
Changes
As the product grows, these terms may change. If we make a meaningful change, we’ll do our best to let you know. Continuing to use WisdomCapture after a change means you accept the updated terms.
